Matthew Turner
Cofounder/CEO
Matt the CEO at American DVBE, was born in Sacramento California and went to Rio Linda High school. My personal and professional goals include being the best father to my 3 children, and bringing gainful employment to all veterans with a focus on disabled veterans. I served in the US Army and was awarded a Purple Heart from injuries sustained in combat when I was deployed to Iraq in 2005-2006. My hobbies include racing dirt bikes and taking trips to the Rubicon and Fordyce off road trails with my kids. My skill set that help me be a great CEO include operating heavy equipment and leadership.
Darren MCadams
Cofounder/CEO
Darren McAdams, our COO is a trailblazer in the food-delivery space. He founded Food To You in the mid-nineties. Food To You delivered millions of meals from thousands of restaurants in dozens of states. In 2015 he launched FoodJets, developing next-generation delivery logistics software to improve delivery times and customer satisfaction to compete with the national players. In 2017 he partnered with Raley's grocery store chain to provide their last-mile delivery in Northern California and Nevada. Raley's acquired FoodJets in 2021.

I grew up in Sacramento, spent a few years in Brazil, and earned my degree out of state. After building a top-rated professional service corp, I enjoy helping businesses reach their pinnacle. Passionate about giving back, I support law enforcement, military personnel, and veterans. I strive to help veterans thrive by providing education, advice, and business experience. I ensure American DVBE remains compliant and direct efficient investments for longevity and success.
CHRIS DUFFEY, PE

Chris grew up in Northern California, learning from his parents while working on local farms. After high school, he joined the United States Air Force as an aircraft mechanic, serving from 1999 to 2004, and received an honorable discharge. Post-military, Chris managed a hunting club before earning a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He’s held positions in both public and private sectors and is a licensed professional engineer. Chris has experience in storm water management, project management, construction plan review, and construction inspection.

Veer Singh, our Chief Technology Officer, brings over 18 years of executive-level experience in leading software engineering efforts. Veer excels in overseeing a geographically distributed team of engineers, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance across diverse locations. His expertise lies in building and growing highly effective teams, fostering strong alliances with executive leadership, and bridging organizational and geographical boundaries to support company goals. Veer's strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving technological innovation and achieving outstanding results.
Laurie Rogers
CPO
Laurie Rogers, our CPO, has a strong management background. As Director of IT for a large hospital in Northern California, she managed over 100 people providing 24x7 support. She led her team to win the "Best in the World 2006" award from Help Desk Institute, Inc. As a Real Estate Broker, Laurie has helped hundreds of families with buying, selling, and investing in real estate. She also managed the development of a high-end condo project, Sol Pacifico, near Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Laurie is renowned for her organizational and management expertise.
